Lawrence Sanford, Cherokee
Sanford has emerged as one of Georgia's best guards in 2025, and he continued to show why this weekend. He's a very gifted offensive talent that can score the ball in every way possible. He's a very good ball handler with a ton of moves in his bag combined with explosion and quickness that consistently allows him to beat defenders off the dribble. He has natural scoring instincts, so don't be surprised if you see big scoring totals from him during his junior season.
Langston Boyd, Cox Mill (NC)
Boyd showed that he has the size, length, versatility, and shot making ability to be a factor from all over the floor. The lefty has the ability to take and make tough shots from every level and showed that he can be effective both as a primary playmaker and playing off the ball as well. He also plays with a lot of toughness and has the physical tools to be a very effective defender as well.
Enrico Borio, North Broward Prep (FL)
Not many guys showed the offensive versatility that the Brazilian did this weekend. He can play both on the interior and on the perimeter and shined making plays for teammates as one of the best passers of the weekend. He uses both hands extremely well both passing and finishing and his skillset shined whether he was playing on the block or on the perimeter. That skillset combined with his size at 6-foot-8 should make him a very attractive prospect for Division I programs.
CJ Brown, Kell
Time and time again we've seen Brown's athletic abilities shine through on both ends of the floor. He did more of that this weekend, but it was everything else that made his weekend stand out. He was able to knock down shots from three and in the midrange consistently and he seemed to make all of the right reads off the dribble. Don't be surprised if you see an uptick in his recruitment in the coming weeks.
Jalen Leonard, Riverwood
Flat out, Leonard is one of Georgia's best bucket getters regardless of class. His size and length make him a very difficult guard off the dribble and his ability both getting to the rim and in the midrange are elite. He also showed more of his range this weekend, connecting on multiple threes in multiple games. His recruitment has taken off in recent weeks, but it could explode even more in the coming weeks with his ability to score. High major programs will want to see him.
Aiden Weaver, Etowah
There are some big shoes to fill at Etowah this season, and Weaver had a very good weekend showing that he could be one of the guys to help do that. His motor is elite on both ends and he always brings the energy. He's also an elite level defender that can take on defending the opponents best guards. Offensively, he showed that he can consistently make shots from three this weekend as well as create his own offense off the dribble. He's one of Georgia's most gifted athletes in 2025.
