Trayvon Pannell, Pro One UAA
Pannell has some big time abilities for a young point guard. He has elite level athletic ability as an 8th grader playing up in the 15U division and showed that with some of his finishes above the rim. He was consistently in double figures scoring and was fantastic making plays off the dribble and getting to the rim. He's very difficult to stay in front of. On the other end, he has the potential to be a very high level on-ball defender as well. He's a name to remember in Alabama.
Micah Bunche, Jett Academy
Bunche scored the ball consistently well and was able to make shots from every level of the floor. He was unafraid to take and make tough shots. He shot the ball very well from three, connecting on nine triples in three games. He was also money in the midrange. He has a lot of toughness and took on all everyone with confidence.
Kayden Lawson, Cam Sports
Lawson's size and activity level stood out big time in the 17U Yellow division this weekend. As a 2026 guy playing up, he kept his motor running on high the entire weekend and that showed with his production scoring, on the glass, and as a rim protector. He's got a lot of length at 6-foot-7 and showed his athleticism with a number of electric finishes above the rim. He's one to watch for in South Georgia.
Dean Soulsby, Atlanta Timberwolves Green
On a weekend where the shooters definitely stood out, Soulsby was one of the better shot makers in the gym. He's a specialist from three and when he gets even the tiniest bit of time and space, he can let it fly and connect from well beyond the line. We've seen his shot making ability over the past couple of years on our stage, and this weekend was no different as he connected on 12 threes in three games.
Josh Bowman, Pro One UAA
Bowman was one of the best frontcourt players in the field this weekend. at 6-foot-9 he always finds ways to be productive and efficient. He's a very good finisher around the rim and can take contact and convert. He can also step out and shoot the ball from the perimeter off the catch. He's a very high level rebounder with a nose for the ball and he was consistently dominant on the glass this weekend. He recently earned a Division I offer from Central Arkansas, but expect that list to grow in the coming weeks.
Zious Whaley, Scenic City Warriors
Whaley is a young guard with natural scoring instincts. He was flat out terrific scoring the ball on the Scenic City Warriors' run to the championship this weekend. He really stood out as a shooter from three, including hitting six threes and scoring 20 points in the championship game. He was in double figures every game this weekend and was consistently a threat to go for 20+ points.
Daeshaun Morrissette, Pro One UAA
Morrissette was one of the leading floor generals in the field this weekend, and capped off the weekend by winning the 16U championship with a go-ahead finish at the rim in the final seconds. He was able to make his mark on every game this weekend with either his scoring, playmaking, passing, or defensive abilities. He's very quick and strong off the bounce and was in double figures scoring in three of four games for Pro One this weekend.
Xavier Buckner, Team Allin Brotherhood
Buckner was one of the leading scorers in the gym this weekend, at 22 points per game and going for 19 points or more in all five games this weekend. He did it from every level of the floor, hitting shots from three and in the midrange and using the dribble to get to the rim and finish with athleticism. He was a big standout as a scorer this weekend.
Cooper Heller, Atlanta Timberwolves White
It's hard not to like what Heller brings to the table. What he lacks in size, he makes up for in toughness, savvy, and skill level. He made his presence felt in every game, whether it was his scoring or his playmaking. He's a high basketball IQ guy that can make reads with the ball in his hands. He knows how to get to his spots and what to do with the ball when he gets there. He's a guy college programs will want to know this spring.
Zane Willis, Dawgs Elite
Willis led the 15U division at over 22 points per game, including a 29-point effort to close the weekend on Sunday. He was tremendous off the dribble, consistently able to get by defenders and find ways to score the ball off the bounce. When left alone from three, he was also able to show he can knock down shots from the perimeter. His quickness and savvy also allowed him to get to the free throw line consistently, which helped boost his production.
