Baseball Village

Eight major league-sized fields surfaced with GeoSurface synthetic turf, allowing play immediately after rain. Fields accommodate ages 8–18 with lighting for night events and seven cameras per field for live streaming and on-demand replay. Gates open 1.5 hours before games and 1 hour before practices.

Batting Cages

Restricted to registered teams only — no private lessons or walk-up access. Helmets must be worn at all times in cages, no exceptions. Violators will be asked to leave.

Beach Volleyball Pavilion

Ten sand courts with pro-regulated sand, a two-level pavilion for players and spectators, and LED lighting on four courts for evening play. Tournaments, camps, and clinics available for all skill levels. Tents are permitted at this venue.

Birthday Parties

Packages start at $280 and include two 90-minute activities, 30 minutes for food and presents, up to 10 kids, a dedicated coach, pizza, BODYARMOR per child, water, decorations, setup, cleanup, and a t-shirt for the guest of honor. Additional kids $15 each. $50 non-refundable deposit required to book. Click HERE for more information.

Cameras & Filming

Personal photography is permitted for personal use. Cameras and recording devices may not be attached to field netting at Baseball Village. By entering any venue, guests consent to being recorded by LakePoint Sports. Drone filming is strictly prohibited without prior authorization.

Cashless Campus

LakePoint Sports is a cashless campus. Only card and mobile payments are accepted at all F&B and admission locations.

Champions Center

LakePoint Sport’s 170,000-square-foot indoor pavilion features 12 hardwood basketball courts (convertible to 24 volleyball courts), 12 futsal courts, digital scoreboards, nine meeting rooms, a food court, and courtyard. Coolers are not permitted inside.

Cleat Policy

Metal cleats are strictly prohibited in cages, scout towers, and on all fields at Baseball Village. Players must switch to molded cleats or turfs. Non-compliance may result in ejection and potential repair charges.

Coca-Cola UNITED

Coca-Cola products — including BodyArmor, Powerade, Monster, Reign, and more — are available at all on-campuslocations across campus.

Conduct Policy

All guests are expected to exhibit sportsmanship and respect for others. Physical, verbal, and emotional abuse will not be tolerated and may result in removal from campus. Offensive music and profanity are also prohibited.

Coolers

Guests may bring a personal refillable thermos (16 qt or less) anywhere on campus. At Baseball Village and Publix Fields, guests may also bring a cooler fitting within 20″×18″×12″ for personal drinks and player hydration. Outside food, beverages for general consumption, and glass containers are not permitted. Coolers are not permitted inside Champions Center.

Corporate Events & Meetings

LakePoint Sports offers over 125,000 square feet of versatile space for banquets, conventions, trade shows, and team gatherings. Champions Center’s nine meeting rooms can be used individually or combined. Visit lakepointsports.com/events-banquets for rental inquiries.

Drones & Remote-Controlled Vehicles

Drones and non-medical remote-controlled vehicles are strictly prohibited on campus, except by authorized personnel.

Drugs

Drugs of any kind are strictly prohibited, with the exception of prescribed medication.

Element Hotel by Westin

In any emergency, dial 911 immediately. LakePoint Guest Ambassadors can direct guests to the nearest assistance.

Filming Policy

Personal photography is permitted for personal use. By entering any LakePoint venue, guests consent to being recorded by LakePoint for use in any and all media in perpetuity. Guests who do not wish to be filmed should not enter any venue on campus.

Food & Beverage

On-campus F&B is available at Baseball Village, Champions Center, and Publix Fields. Menus include burgers, chicken sandwiches, tenders, boneless wings, hot dogs, quesadillas, pretzels, fries, frozen treats, pizza, and breakfast items. LakePoint Guest Ambassadors are stationed throughout campus to assist with wayfinding, questions, and any guest needs — a core part of LakePoint’s commitment to Excellence in the Guest Experience.

Gum, Seeds & Peanuts

Peanuts with shells, sunflower seeds, and gum are strictly prohibited across campus to protect synthetic turf quality.

Harlem Globetrotters

LakePoint’s official training camp and world tour launch partner since 2016. The launch of the Harlem Globetrotters World Tour takes place each December at the LakePoint Champions Center. Tickets required.

Hotels & Lodging

The Element Hotel by Westin (114 rooms) is located on campus between Baseball Village and Champions Center. The Hampton Inn is also available for guests looking for additional lodging options nearby. For group and family lodging coordination, Aspen Hospitality Group serves as LakePoint Sports’ official housing bureau. Visit aspenhospitalitygrp.com/services for booking.

LakePoint offers year-round camps, clinics, and community programming for local youth including soccer, basketball, futsal, volleyball, flag football, pickleball, archery, and more. Birthday party packages available starting at $280.

Permitted at Baseball Village, Beach Pavilion, and Publix Fields. Not permitted inside Champions Center.

Lighting & Night Play

All venues at LakePoint Sports feature LED lighting from Musco. Baseball Village fields are equipped for night play, Publix Fields are fully lit for evening competition, and the Beach Volleyball Pavilion has LED lighting on four of its ten courts

Outside food and glass containers are not permitted at any LakePoint Sports venue. Pets & Animals

We welcome trained service animals recognized by federal law at LakePoint Sports. Service animals are defined as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities. Service animals must be leashed and under the control of their handler at all times. Comfort and emotional support animals are not service animals and are not recognized under the ADA.

Prep Baseball

LakePoint Sports serves as the flagship location for Prep Baseball tournaments, bringing together top high school talent from across the country on eight major league-sized GeoSurface fields. Click HERE for the full tournament schedule and registration information.

Three full-sized turf fields for soccer, football, lacrosse, and more. All fields feature LED lighting from Musco. Tents permitted but cannot be staked into the turf.

Teams and guests will receive event information packets before arrival with check-in location, timing, and required paperwork. Allow ample time before your first game.

RV Parking

Overnight RV parking is not permitted on campus.

Restricted to authorized personnel only at all times. Unauthorized entry is not permitted.

Sidewalk Chalk & Markers

Sidewalk chalk, markers, and paint are not permitted anywhere on campus.

Skateboards & Scooters

Non-medical scooters, skateboards, and remote-controlled vehicles are not permitted on campus except by authorized personnel.

Skyline Bistro

Rooftop bar atop the Element Hotel by Westin with panoramic views of the LakePoint campus. Open to hotel guests and the public.

Smoking & Tobacco

Smoking or use of any tobacco product — cigarettes, e-cigarettes, pipes, cigars, dip, dip pouches, and chewing tobacco — is not permitted anywhere on campus.

LakePoint hosts competition and programming in baseball, basketball, volleyball, soccer, futsal, lacrosse, football, beach volleyball, gymnastics, cheer, pickleball, and more.

Tents & Chairs

Tents are permitted at Publix Fields and the Beach Volleyball Pavilion only. In the Baseball Village, tents are only permitted if provided by or rented via LakePoint Sports or a LakePoint approved, third party partner (e.g. Game Day Valet). Tents cannot be staked into turf at Publix Fields. Lawn chairs are permitted at Baseball Village, Beach Pavilion, and Publix Fields; not inside Champions Center.

Zero Tolerance Conduct Policy

LakePoint Sports maintains a zero tolerance stance on physical, verbal, and emotional abuse. Any guest in violation may be removed from campus. Offensive language, profanity, and unsportsmanlike conduct are also prohibited.
