This Privacy Policy describes our privacy practices regarding information we collect through our websites hosted at LakePointSports.com, LakePointHoops.com, CampLakePoint.com and associated subdomains and mobile applications, and third-party online registrations, waiver and survey platforms, such as Smartwaiver.com, sportsconnect.com, bra5ilfutsal.com, campminder.com, rainedout.com, and surveymonkey.com (collectively, the “Services”). 

This Privacy Policy does not apply to information we collect offline or to information collected by any third party through any website, application, or content (other than those listed above) that may link to or be accessible from the Services, such as social media applications or websites of partners, like Prep Baseball Report.

LakePoint may collect the following information through the Services:

  • Contact Information: name, address, email address, phone number, and any information submitted in a message when you contact us, such as by email or through a web form
  • Online Waiver Information: name, email address, gender, birthday, address, city, state, country, phone number, team name, event name, event date, social media handle, host hotel, emergency contact information, relationship to minor/participant
  • Event and League Registration Information: name, address, email address, phone number, username, password
  • Camper Application Information: name, relationship to camper, address, email address, phone number, username, password
  • Job Application Information: name, email address, phone number, resume, cover letter, or any other information you submit online when you apply for a job with us
  • Usage Information: details of your visits to the Services, such as IP address, operating system, browser type, unique device identifier, traffic data, location data, logs, and information about your use of the Services

We collect this information:

  • Directly from you when you provide it to us
  • Automatically through cookies or other tracking technologies
  • From service providers working on our behalf

The information we collect automatically may not include Personal Information, but we may maintain it or associate it with Personal Information we collect in other ways or receive from third parties.
